Can I cancel my order or get a refund?

Refund policy: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Special order/pre order or custom parts are not refundable or returnable. 100% of payment is due before production of item ordered is started.

Pre orders on newly developed parts/kits that are currently in production stages do not have a specified time frame for completion. We do our best to keep time frames as strict as possible. Due to material/part shortages these time frames may be extended.

Parts: Parts that are not manufactured by PTSFAB are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

When will my order ship?

Remember, you're shopping custom made and sometimes items are made-to-order - it takes time. Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours however; sometimes it can take upwards of 7-10 business days depending on the current order volume/supply delays due to COVID19. Orders are always fulfilled in the order they are received.

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yup! We do ship worldwide! Please create a faux order if you'd like to see how much shipping will be.

I received my package, but they were broken and/or missing. 

We package our items carefully, but sometimes due to carrier handling and delays; it may arrive damage.

If your order arrives damaged, send us an email at sales@ptsfab.com with your order number and a photo of the broken/missing item/s. We will be happy to help.
